Every ranked attempt uses two players, the same daily computer seed, no turn timer and no undos. The computer’s decisions are reproducible for a given board. Complete the game before the date changes. The ranking clock continues during pauses and time away from the page.

Higher is better: max(100, 10,000 − 75 × your moves) + 2 × max(0, 1,800 − elapsed seconds). The server checks the move record and measures elapsed time. The best score per browser identity is kept for each date; ties are ordered by moves, time, then submission time.

Fair play and privacy

This is a casual, anonymous competition without prizes or wagers. Nicknames and submitted daily results are public. Names are not verified accounts. Device identifiers and personal records use your browser’s local storage; clearing it resets your identity and local records. The server checks legal moves and the daily computer responses, but cannot prove that a player did not use outside assistance.

Submitting is optional. Your nickname, match record and result are sent only when you press Submit daily score. For questions about a submitted result or a removal request, use our contact page.
