Play your way

Choose a human or computer for each color. Play solo against the computer or share one screen with friends. This edition uses local turns rather than online matchmaking.

Think, then jump

Legal destinations stay hidden so the decisions are yours. Tap a piece, then its destination. A connected jump route is animated automatically when the move is legal.

Set the pace

Pick no timer, 15, 30, or 60 seconds per turn. Set each player’s undo allowance to none, one, three, five, or unlimited.

What is a diamond board game?

Diamond games use a six-pointed star filled with holes. Each player starts with ten pieces in one triangle and moves toward the opposite triangle. The familiar star-board format is often called Chinese checkers. Unlike traditional checkers, jumping does not capture pieces: every piece stays on the board.

This edition pairs the starting and destination homes by color. Red travels from the bottom to the top; blue travels from the upper left to the lower right; a third, yellow player travels from the upper right to the lower left. The first player to fill their destination with all ten of their own pieces wins.

Make a small move. Build a big route.

A single adjacent step can set up a much longer jump on your next turn. Pieces of any color can act as bridges. Watch the whole board, keep your back pieces moving, and leave room at the destination for the final arrivals.

Questions before your first game?

Do I need to download anything?

No. The game runs in your browser without an account. Open it on a phone, tablet, or desktop. On supported devices, you can add the page to your home screen from the browser menu.

Does the timer force a move?

Yes. When a human player’s clock reaches zero, the computer chooses a legal move for that player. Pause opens the game menu and stops the clock. Leaving the browser tab also pauses active play.

Is progress saved?

No. A match lives in the current page session. Reloading or closing the game resets the match. There is no online account or live-match cloud save. Verified daily results can be submitted to the online leaderboard.
